Admin observability — usage and margins in one place

For platform admins, we shipped two monitoring dashboards: Usage (/admin/usage) shows how many AI tokens each tenant consumes, on which product, at which hour of day. Margins (/admin/margins) compares the cost of running AI (COGS) against what the customer pays, per service.

The intent is simple: we watch margins live, so if one service drops in margin we know immediately — or we can pass the surplus through as a price drop to the customer. Internal transparency turns into external fairness.
