Kafu Credits — one wallet across the family

Customers running more than one Kafu product had to juggle separate wallets. Today we shipped Kafu Credits: a tenant-level master wallet whose balance funds usage across the Business Engine, Sada, Survey, and soon Kafu PMO. The unit: 1 KC = SAR 0.10.

Alongside the unified wallet we shipped per-product plan ladders priced in SAR halalas, plus optional sub-wallets that cap how much a team or project can spend. Every ledger entry is tagged with service + action, so internal COGS accounting becomes a report query, not a forensic exercise.

Every top-up automatically issues a simplified Phase-1 QR invoice, and the 500 KC welcome grant covers a full hands-on trial before the first paid top-up. We later added direct checkout via Saudi providers (Tap, Moyasar) and an automated monthly grant.
