Kafu CRM is live — sales with Kafu (the AI) baked in, Arabic-native

Today we shipped a full CRM module inside the Business Engine — built from scratch in Arabic for the Saudi market. It includes: an accounts + contacts database, kanban-style opportunity management, customizable pipelines, an activity log per deal, stage-conversion reports, and custom fields any team can add without a developer.

What's different: Kafu — our AI — is built into every screen. Forward an email, it extracts the lead and opportunity. Dictate a note, it logs it as activity. Ask for a report, it drafts it in boardroom language. AI serves the rep — it doesn't replace them.

In the same release we shipped the public CRM API — read and write endpoints, with server-side validation of every custom field. Every write is in the audit log, and every custom field respects the validation rules the tenant defined.
