We began building Kafu PMO to be an Adaa-style strategy execution platform — with a fully Saudi-built architecture. Initiatives, KPIs, risks, and executive reviews — all Arabic-first.

Kafu PMO is available today via the cloud (SaaS, paid via the Kafu Credits wallet), and for entities whose policies require operating behind the firewall, we work through a dedicated contracting path.

The AI inside Kafu PMO drafts executive performance reports, raises early warnings before an initiative slips, and auto-links risks to the KPIs they threaten. The result: a PMO that spends its time deciding, not assembling slides.
